I shop here all the time to get my shampoo and conditioner. I came this day looking for human braiding hair after searching the store my niece came in to help me due to my eye site and the young lady at the counter who was helping someone else said it was behind the register she just pointed behind her I specifically said hair Brading I looked at the weave not knowing it was weave and she sold it to me I went to return and was denied. I asked her why she sold it to me when I asked for braiding hair she said that’s what you pointed to. 120 down the drain.. I think your sales assoc should be more engaged and listen and make suggestions. I really did not know it was weave and not hair braiding human hair. I was upset
