K Pop Hand Painted Shoes

While the artwork is high quality and my daughter loved her shoes, the customer experience was incredibly frustrating. The website advertises a 5–7 day shipping window, but it took 11 days after completion for the package to even show progress. Despite multiple assurances from support that the order would arrive before Christmas, it missed the holiday. There was a 6-day gap between the company claiming the item was handed over and the carrier actually processing it, and they stopped responding entirely after I raised concerns on December 23rd. It is especially disappointing that a company that asks for tips lacks the courtesy to respond to legitimate concerns after missing their own promised deadlines. If you have a firm deadline, I recommend looking elsewhere.
