Incredible product and service

I bought a pair of sunglasses a few years back and recently needed to replace the lenses due to the polarise coating peeling - I wore these almost every day for about 4 years so very happy with the lifespan (other glasses I would have needed to replace the whole lot). I ordered lenses online and got an email shortly after double checking which frames I have. Turns out the lenses I ordered were for the new version and would not have fit. So they fixed up my order and sent me the correct lenses with a link to how to change them in the frames. They were shipped within a couple of days and within a week I had my new lenses making my glasses look like new again- reducing landfill. I’m so glad I found this local sustainable brand of sunnies - and they look great!

Amazing customer service and response time

One of my lenses got scratched a while ago so I reached out to GCE to see if they can help with a replacement. The process war super easy and very fast even though the lenses are not sold anymore. 100% recommend. Thank you so much!
