3 screws and different size screwdriver from the one that came with the wallet. I wish there had been a detailed description of what I was ordering. Thought I was getting more screws for the price. But it all fit 🪛 worked and it showed up on time.

Phantom card holder parts

I have had Phantom card holder for about 5 years and one of the screws came out and I could not find it. I ordered a replacement set and when they were delivered they were the wrong ones. I e-mailed Fantom customer service and they responded the next day. I told them what had happened and they immediately tried to find a solution. I sent them a picture of the screws I needed and one of the Holder. Randy immediately sent me back that he would send out the correct ones. Randy was so nice and professional to stay in contact with me throughout the process until I was taken care of. I would highly recommend buying from Fantom and if you ever have a problem I have confidence that they would take care of the problem immediately. Thank you, Larry
