have always been satisfied with purchases from House of Holiday BUT this item #15734 arrived in a nice safe package, but when opening I discovered it must have been a reject because the back of the building was broken out. Also no power chord also clock was broken and men sawing feature was broken I want a refund or a NEW ONE
