Better instructions Needed

Good product just wish I knew how to use. Ive tried using this many times like the Tiktok videos instructed but they dont seem to pop off as easy and it does hurt my actual nail with the extra pressure to rip off. Ive noticed even after curing for more than 30 seconds for both coats, the peel off polish still seems sticky and leaves finger print if I touch to check dryness. PLEASE HELP!
