Suede Bomber Jacket

the first jacket sent was too small and I returned it, but I am still waiting for my reimbursement. I ordered a second jacket, the same one, but in a XXL size, which was sent. However, I ordered the color, cigar, and received a light gray color instead. Now I have to return this jacket at a double cost of mailing which will add up to over $50 in shipping costs at my expense. I have called the office to discuss this matter. However, the person I apparently needed to talk to was not available and is supposed to call me back. The whole process has taken over a month and I still don't have the jacket I wanted. Therefore, I'm waiting to receive my refund for the first jacket and to determine whether a XXL cigar color jacket is available.

I haven't worn it yet, but love the way it looks, very handsome. Thanks!
