I like the idea of what it offers, but it does not hold a heavy and overweight body type without difficulty, as it presents in the advertisement. It doesn’t move with the ease that is shown in the advertisement. When sitting on the board, the placement of the handles is not optimal.

I was not expecting the app experience to be so good. The app that gives you workouts prior to the reformer board arriving. The support that is available it’s easy to use. I believe that after the first 30 days, they will charge me for access to the app, but will definitely keep using it! As for the reformer itself, I’ve been a little disappointed in the quality. It’s not as sturdy as I would hope but it still does the job that is advertised to do. If they came out with a more sturdy model, I would definitely purchase it..
