Having trouble

After receiving my fattys and installing them my driver side would change to white after hitting a hard bump, so switched out the whips and the same side still would change from red to white still. After contacting Customer service I told him I thought it was the face because I touched them. It was still doing it on the one side so they immediately sent me a base no money it changed. It seemed to work well and now the passenger side is doing the same.?????? Not sure what’s going on, but I did pull that whip out cleaned it up real good and make sure it had good contact and reconnected it, I only went about 2 miles home after that, and if they the same color. Haven’t had time to take it on a good run to See if you’re gonna stay that way. I gave five stars because of how fast they shipped the base on our contacted them the first time and I’m also sure that they will make it right other than that. They are very bright and I love them, just hope we can get this straightened out
