Rail Planter for Deck or Balcony Terracotta Gray or Green

Too narrow for average deck - for thin rails only

Measurement was in the tiny pulldown specs, but I based my purchase on the general description that said "deck" and these fit fence rails, not a basic deck. I've been trying to find someone who can use them, but no one I know has a deck railing this thin so I will need to return. Lesson learned; I'm usually more careful.
