Terrible customer service

I ordered two of these. Put one together and it is literally trash. The screws that came with it don’t even stay IN the “wood” let alone hold anything together. I called the service number twice asking for a return label for the one I didn’t put together. Twice I was told it would be emailed. It never was. I also EMAILED asking for a return label. Twice. No label sent. Instead a THIRD one was sent to me. I didn’t want a third. I wanted to return the one I had not yet put together. The one I DID put together went out for the trash pick up. It literally wouldn’t stay together. How about don’t offer returns if you CLEARLY aren’t going to honor them.
