The bear at top of paper towel holder was received broken

Arrived broken; not super convenient

The paper towel holder is cute. However, it arrived broken. The bear was broken off of the top. I was able to glue it back together, but we'll see if it holds. Also, it's not real convenient to load the paper towels. You have to turn it upside-down and unscrew a teeny-tiny nut from the bottom and take the rod out.
