I ordered for when I move so haven't used. However, I've inspected the items and all appear completely functional and quality items as usual.

I should have read the reviews before I purchased this product. When you are losing your sight, the last thing you need is poor quality. That’s exactly what this is. Terrible quality! When I tried to put in the batteries, a metal piece that held in one of the batteries fell out. The lights never worked. The magnifying glass is a cheap piece of plastic that doesn’t magnify. . I called customer service and There were no questions asked which made me think I wasn’t the only one disappointed. My money was refunded and the magnifier went out with the trash.
