Coastal Windchime Sailboat or Seahorse

Not as Expected

I received both the seahorse and sailboat chimes. They are not two-sided, so when it turns with the wind, you can see the back. The sound of the chime is very tinny, and there are imperfections on the one with the sailboat. I haven't even been able to hang the sailboat one because the strings were wrapped around the pipes, and when I slid them off, they tangled to the point where I can't untangle them.
