2nd purchase!! I bought another Bolt case... previous case was run over TWICE at night- in the rain after it fell out of my pocket getting hurriedly into my truck...then, drove over it in the driveway coming home... it was raining so hard...found it the next morning...phone still worked!!! screen protector was scratched, but phone still perfect!! GREAT PRODUCT

Was a little frustrating to keep sending the same pictures over and over again. It took a week of doing this. But it finally was resolved. I like the product though so it was worth it.
