TravelPack™ Air Pump

Ekster sent me an email offering half off this item, then when it was in my basket of items it was double the cost. I was unable to get the discount they offered for this item and there was no way to contact them to change it. It is not ok to bait and switch customers in this way. I am disappointed because I think the products are a great design. I would prefer that they charge full price upfront rather than pull you in with a discount and then stiff you as you pay.
