iCare, Smart Water Monitor for Chlorine or Bromine

Super easy

The IdealCare monitor makes self servicing your spa very easy. There has been a learning curve and due to my error or lack of information I destroyed about three of them but but the customer service is excellent and guarantee works great. now I think I understand what I’m doing wrong. Taking my water sample to the pool store created an up-and-down cycle chemicals and was very expensive. Now that I have money under control, I use much less in the way of chemicals and worry free.

Unsatisfactory Resolution

Purchased NEW for my Spa, pH monitoring does not work, sent email requesting either a new replacement monitor or refund. Received neither so put in a stop payment with PayPal for the purchase.

Poor customer service

Ordered new iCare (1/8/25), arrived promptly but pH probe never worked. Went thru Ondilo and they confirmed defective probe with replacement in 7 days. After 4 emails and today 3/28/25, still no replacement. Call from CEO said to check water alkalinity, which I did (was 120 on sample to hot tub dealer. Gave this info to Ideal, still not action.
