Although the folders turned out great, the ordering and customer service experience was highly mediocre. When a customer spends money on your product and has to pay shipping, an expected arrival date should be included so I have the option to order through another company. 3 weeks after ordering and receiving no updates or estimated arrival date, I emailed customer service for an update and was told they have "about a 30 day turnaround time" due to "nationwide supply chain supply chain issues and paper shortages"... They also told me they'd send tracking info at the time it was shipped out. I never received that. 1 month after this email correspondence, I received an email that my order was out for delivery and another that it'd finally been delivered. After 7 weeks, I received my order. In that time, I'd ordered through another company (who had no clue about a nationwide supply/paper shortage) and found the new company I'd be ordering from in the future.
