My cousin has 3-4 of these chairs. I had bought a different Alfa chair last year that broke. Alfa refunded me the full amount since the chair was discontinued and was great to work with on the. When this chair came back in stock I purchased and was excited to receive. I am very happy with this chair as I am at my desk for 8-12hrs/day. As someone who is tall and a finicky back, the way you can adjust everything is terrific! The only thing that could be changed is the being able to lockout the arm rests from swiveling.
