Portable heated room
I needed a new jacket to replace 2 worn out ones. I like full zip jackets with no hood. They are easy to take on and off and you can see out of them and hear what's going on around you. Since I don't intend to become a shoplifter or some other form of hide my identity from the cameras scumbag a hood has no use for me. I wanted a chest pocket for fly fishing gear, zip hand pockets for cellphone and wallet, high collar and wind resistant fabric, cuffs that I can push up past my elbows to retrieve errant flies off snags, shower proof, and no velcro because I hate the way it craps out and makes a horrendous noise. This jacket ticks all the boxes. Especially the wind resistance. Its like putting on a heated room. Reasonable weight, fits OK, price is good, well made. Good.

Jacket.
I haven’t had a chance to wear it yet. I purchased it to replace a similar jacket that I’ve owned for 10-20 years can’t remember. It’s not as soft. As the old one. But it’s probably a little more wind and rain proof
I waned a casual tidy jacket. I think it will be ok.
