Terrible customer service. They shipped a totally different item. After speaking with them and explaining that o needed the coat for a trip o would be taking witching three days the only solution they gave me was to reorder the same coat and wait 2-3 days for it. Now I will not get the item that I had ordered originally with plenty of time because they did not even offer to overnight my shipment. Very disappointed.
