The boots are gorgeous, and I can tell I will be super warm when the snow starts falling. I gave 4 stars because there really was no information about the fact that the insole liners are actually platform liners. They are about 1 inch high and 1/4 high in the toe area. This is problematic for me as I have high arches, and the room in the toe box decreased significantly with the platform insoles. I found a solution by purchasing shearling insoles online to replace the ones that Mackage puts in their boots. My foot is much more comfortable in the boots without the platform insoles. Overall, a great boot and very good quality. If you have high arches, you'll need lower insoles.

My 5th pair- most comfortable and warm boots I own. Look great with everything. Run true to size. I wear 61/2 other brands
