This is my second (silver and gold). Love them both! I appreciate the safety clasp on the gold one.

After about 8 months of gentle wearing the metal watch strap has frayed and has spokes sticking out. Has snagged my clothes and scratches wrist. No longer wearable. I contacted support 3 times, sent photos of the problems. The only reply I have recieved is that the strap isn’t covered by watantee and they are “reviewing” my case. This has been going on since November. I requsted a new watch strap as I do not want to send it back and forth, especially given the time it takes for this company to move. Extremely disappointed.
