Love the hilt and customer service, feel like I made an excellent purchase for my first realistic lightsaber. My only issue is with the placement of the micro-USB port, which is nearly impossible to access due to the shape of the chassis. I was told to use a hairdryer to loosen the hot glue underneath the board but don't want to do that unless I really have to. Luckily, I was able to find a cable that fits on Amazon (according to others who've had similar issues). My experience overall has been great, and I would definitely recommend this company to others.
