Roof top
No brainer addition to the H1. I find myself maneuvering cast iron skillets in and out of the H1 and the roof rack makes a perfect landing pad for anything metal that comes out smoking hot and needing a place to park. Keeps the hot items well above small children, dogs, etc.
And if something tasty is on the roof… the chef can grab a quick taste
