Chunky Knit Beanie – Soft Cotton Infant Hat, Newborn Essential Gift

The quality was disappointing. The color of the outfit didn’t match the description or photos on the website, and one of the buttons on the onesie wasn’t even attached. I contacted customer service and was told I would receive a coupon or gift card to make up for the issue, but I still haven’t received anything. I’m due very soon and had planned to use this outfit for my baby’s arrival, so this has been especially disappointing. I was hoping for better quality and better follow-through from customer service.

Love this sweater set for my first grandson! It is so well made soft and the personalized sweater makes it perfect for those first photos of baby . Ps the booties are adorable!
