Weirdly fragile

I ordered this lunch bag a few weeks ago and began using it right away. It's roomy and well insulated, which is exactly what I needed! Unfortunate the button holding the latch popped off after only a few days of use. Customer service very kindly, and very quickly, shipped a replacement, but I'm wondering if it will have the same fate since there is a lot of stress on the button when latching the bag. So far the replacement bag is holding together though. TBD!
