Tangy Raisiny Deliciousness
I loved this sourdough babka loaf. I was anticipating it to be a bit more on the sweet side but was beyond pleasantly surprised when it wasn't. It was fruity and aromatic and the little bits of raisins you get are beyond delightful. I love to make french toast with this. I would even love to see this loaf come out with a cinnamon swirl inside - i think it would take it to the next level! It's a great vehicle because it can go savory or sweet and is sooo sooo good!
