Lightweight Melton Wool (400GSM)

Same slim fit as the regular Melton. I am 5’10”, 34DD with broad shoulders and the XL was the perfect fit. I like the lighter and slightly softer feel of the lightweight Melton. Still need a shirt under for the scratchy feel but much better for shoulder seasons and cool summer Canadian evenings. Love the weight and I’m glad I expanded my collection as I don’t usually wear the full Melton in the summer.

I have waaaay too many Anian melton jacket/shirts. But when I say this colour, I knew I had to have it! Such a lovely soft shade. The cut keeps getting better with each subsequent jacket. I bought this for an upcoming trip, and I know it will be warm and functional! Classier than a sweatshirt and cosier too!

i like the cut of this oversized shirt and the shape .The cut was perfect, offering that big baggy oversized look i was after.Unfortunately i found it to be SOOOOOO itchy. As soon as i put it on ( with a long sleeve)the neck was irritiating my skin . I don't know if i can soften it somehow but i wiltry and maybe use a lanolin wash and hope for the best because it really is a beautiful shirt. Just wish it was wearable! It is lightweight perfect for those days you want a layering peice that isnt too warm or heavy ( spring and fall)!
