I have multiple well known knife in my kitchen however this knife does the job like no other but watch your fingers because it does the job, it’s SHARP. The handle is designed for your fingers to wrap around it for a perfect grip. I prefer to cut using a pinch grip technique and this knifes glides perfect when slicing. I will definitely purchase more to add to my collection.
