Wall Mounted Cat Scratcher Parkour

This climber is really well designed. I swapped out the long piece for a shorter one to fit my space, and I was able to easily remove the middle piece to access the screw hole behind it during installation. I love that it’s modular so I’ll be able to replace the rope if it wears out. But the rope is good quality too! Cats started using it immediately.

The shelves are pretty sturdily made and look decent (nothing fancy, but neutral looking). I did find it harder to put them up because I have metal framing rather than wood studs, and didn't feel comfortable just using drywall anchors. So I ended up using toggle bolts and attaching the shelves to my metal studs. Which is probably overkill but worked very well. My cat loves being high up and loves how solid the shelves are. They don't wobble at all, unlike even the heaviest freestanding cat trees I've found.
