Spring Garlic & Nettle Salt

I look forward to a version of this finishing salt every year! It's such a bright and delicious addition to any dish in the kitchen.

Obsessed. I put it on toasted bread with oil, eggs & pasta so far & it adds so much medicinal & tasty magic! A little goes a long way too! :)
