Pure & Simple Wool Blanket - Light Heather Gray

This blanket is light but very warm in the cold. And not too hot when the weather warms up. Love it and would buy it again.

Very nice quality. It is not as scratchy as most wool blankets. I am using it as a large throw in my den.

I pre-ordered this blanket back in December when there was a notice online that it was currently at the mill being made. The projected delivery date of early-mid February was quite a bit later than initially anticipated, enough so that I reached out to customer service just to get an update, but everything was on the up and up just a little behind schedule since delivery was late February to early March. Once I received the blanket though it was amazing! I already have the North Shore blanket on my bed between my quilt and flat sheet, but I like to have an extra "throw" blanket on my bed in case I get too cold. I, also, purposely bought the King size so I can switch it out with the North Shore blanket if I ever want to. Currently the Pure & Simple is used as my "throw" blanket. I love it so much. I don't think that it's itchy or scratchy like some wool can be. Now, it's not polyester blanket soft but I prefer the wool over polyester. I can't quite explain it either, but just the feel of the wool is so relaxing/soothing to me. I've noticed a difference between it and the polyester blanket I used to have instead. I absolutely recommend the Pure & Simple Wool Blanket - Light Heather Gray just as much as I recommend the North Shore and American Flag Throw.
