I loved it! This is a topic which needs to become common knowledge if one is trying to heal, improve or deal with chronic conditions which mainstream medicine is lagging behind in their understanding. I learned so much and continue to reference material provided. We have to rely on ourselves to improve our health and microbiombe health is vital to our overall health. I share what I've learned with others struggling with chronic conditions. Food as remediation has to be taken very seriously along with some supplements.
