Clipper head angle not optimal

The service from Fendrihan was fine. I purchased this nail clipper for my wife who after two weeks advised that it was not easy for her to use. By that time I threw away the packaging and did not think it was returnable per the return stipulations on the Fendrihan website. I had not used the clippers myself so I gave them a try and I also found them not the easiest to manipulate. It would only be used by me for cutting toenails and not finger nails. The problem I feel, is that the angle of the cutting heads on the clipper are very shallow especially compared to the drug store clippers I had been using for years. In short the shallow angle makes it difficult to visually ease the head under the nail. It took some fidgeting to get it right without causing any unfortunate non nail cutting such as cutting some skin. Anyway they are now residing in our bathroom cabinet. I should note that I chose these clippers for their industrial design which is not always rewarded with optimal performance. Other items I purchased at the same time were fine.
