Did Not Remove Varnish

The varnish we needed to remove had an oil base and apparently your product does not work to remove oil base varnish. We are very disappointed and literally do not have a clue as to what product we could use to remove the oil base varnish from our lovely patio brick pavers! I will send a photo to this email using my cell phone. I will put "OIL BASE VARNISH not removed" on the subject line.
