I must say that I was disappointed. Apparently American have stopped making this product, and in any case, as the owner of a VW, I have a lot of confidence in German engineering and manufacturing. Several years ago, I bought a similar cuticle remover at the KaDeWe in Berlin. It was much better than the American made item that I already had, but it finally gave up the ghost recently. This item is not as sharp at all. I hope that German manufacturing has not gone the way of my own country's.

Good company, flimsy tool

I liked the shopping experience, but was surprised at the quality of the tool, I had though I would receive something much more substantial. It seems like it could easily bend or break with just the normal pressure needed to slide the tool along cuticles.
