This is a lightweight version of this type of tool that comes in handy. It is plastic and lightweight so definitely not for heavy use but it is the best option at its price point. Excellent choice and great value for light duty.

Great Tool for the Price

Exactly what I needed to complement my old, solid-steel caliper. Lighter, a bit more precise, and less likely to scratch parts, although not as durable. Just right for the price.

Well made and reasonably priced for general use. Wouldn’t use it for critical machine work, but it isn’t intended for that. Great addition to the toolbox.
