TorxPlus Flag Handle Screwdriver IP7 - 10 Pack

Great tool, but I wish it was longer!

The shaft length of most TorxPlus IP7 bits is less than 25mm long. I needed a longer bit to get into a deep chassis recess close to a wall. I thought this one would do it, but the actual L-shaped bit only protrudes 35mm from the bottom of the plastic flag. A better choice for "long" length is the IP7 x 175mm TorqueControl Blade. This bit is meant to pop into a torque controlled Wiha handle, but I needed more torque adjustablity, so I bought this and removed the annoying plastic sleeve, then mounted the bit in a small keyless chuck so I could adapt it onto our standard 1/4" hex torque driver tools. Works great, and with minimal modification. Ideally this type of bit should be available in extra long lengths (4"-6") with a built in 1/4" hex drive to fit standard handles, but I couldn't find them anywhere.
