I really love Wiha tools and wanted to love these also, but I just cannot. The ratchet has a real hard time staying engaged... drops into "neutral" all the time. So much, that I don't use it and just grab another ratchet. I was considering giving it away, but then whomever I gave it to would know why after 2 minutes of use. The sockets... soft would be a good description. While I haven't stripped out the inside, I did somehow achieve a large gouge around the outside of my 8mm socket, like from rubbing on something in tight quarters. The satin finish is nice, but it isn't hard enough. I am sorry Wiha, I love your tools, but please look into these, something is wrong with them. Oh, I forgot to mention, I purchased both SAE and Metric sets during the big sale in 2020, so I have 2 ratchets and know it's not just a manufacturing error on one of them.
