Pemmican Meal Bar

Thought I had sent this before, but maybe I didn't. I was a little apprehensive after reading some reviews that said the salted pemmican taste was not so good. That was not my experience. I don't have a sensitive palate, but I found the taste not at all objectionable -- It didn't have much taste at all to me. That's why I ordered more for my storage. This would go great with beans and rice or almost any other such meal; the addition to nutritional value makes it an excellent choice.

Power food

I'm A commercial fisherman (46 years and still going). These Pemican bars are just what I need to keep me fueled up for long days of hauling lobster traps.

Incredibly satisfying- Prairie Berry

Prairie berry bars are my families new favorite snack. I have a 1, 2 and 4 year old and each child loves these bars. As a mother, these balance my blood sugar and make me feel grounded more than any other quick food out there on the market. Even during that late afternoon slump when you're tired and craving sugar, these bars satisfy what my body really needs (fat, protein and a little fruit sugar). We can't get enough of these!! The ingredients are much cleaner than another brands bison and cranberry bars which my family was eating before. My 2 year old needs constant food otherwise tantrums are happening, and the other day in the midst of a melt down when she was asking me for fruit and crackers, I gave her these plus some pemmican spread on crackers and she was happy and calm after for hours. These are healing bars for the whole family and I'm so incredibly grateful for them!!
