Nellie Vegetable Serve Bowl

I ordered 4 of these bowls for my mother to use as large salad bowls as per her request. They all arrived shattered . Each bowl was placed into a cardboard box without any sort of packaging/ padding material. I have never seen china shipped like this! Of course when UPS delivered, one could hear the shattered bowls! I sent Mikasa 7 pics of everything and yet they denied my request to reship or refund. So disappointed! Terrible customer service!!

Great size and weight. Very pretty.
