ElectronWarp

Great Adapter, great service

I first inquired about the ElectronWarp adapter because I was having issues with the Amazon Portholic adapters. After contacting you guys, I was told the problem I was having wasn't with the adapters, but with my Wii's degraded video capacitors and that purchasing the ElectronWarp wouldn't fix my issue. After acquiring a "new" Wii, I found that this was indeed the issue and the other adapter worked just fine. So thinking the ElectronWarp would give me an even better picture, I decided to buy one. Glad I did. Colors are more vibrant, no lines, no "noise". Thanks!

Customer service not so good

I’m sure the product when it works is what everyone says it is. But I ordered one to replace a cheap wii2hdmi converter and it doesn’t work. A bit frustrating in the first place that me cheap one works but my $25 electro warp doesn’t. I have tried all possible avenues of troubleshooting. I decided to order a mayflash off amazon to see if it was my Wii or the electron shepherds converter that was the issue (because mayflash uses the same components of the Wii to function as the electron warp) and the mayflash works. I emailed Thursday and it’s mid day Saturday and I haven’t gotten a response. With how long the shipping takes faster help would be useful so when you get a bum unit you aren’t stuck without it for months+. Again I’m sure when the product works it’s the gold standard of wii2hdmi converters like everyone says but the off chance you get a bad one your going to be without customer service for a little bit.

Good product. Highly recommended.
