Excellent communication and customer service. The pants are exactly as described and like no others I could find on the web. Truly unique.

I really like the pants. I do wish the "belt" had a few more notches. I sized up to a bigger waist to get additional length (and I am glad I did) but I now need to add and sew more notches myself. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to avoid the hassle.
