I ordered this hoping to be able to use right away. Unfortunately it turns out four of my fingers has the same size, which when I reached out to Carole it’s not common although it happens. I emailed her the same day I received the product. She responded super quick and offered to send me two additional nails so I can use the set. I wasn’t expecting anything as it’s not her fault I have multiple fingers with the same size. I can’t wait to test it out!
