InBody Dial H40 Smart Body Composition Scale

I’ve been using the H40 scale for about two weeks, and overall I’ve had a very positive experience. The scale feels high quality, and it was quick and easy to set up and sync with my iPhone. As a first-time smart scale owner, I’m still getting familiar with all of the different metrics it tracks, so I was hoping the app would offer a bit more guidance for beginners. While the scale itself has worked well and been easy to use, the app support for the H40 could be improved. The Help Usage Guide appears to be available only in Chinese, the FAQ section does not currently include a tab for the H40 model, and the user manual has not been loading for me. Even with those issues, I’m still happy with the scale and think it has a lot to offer. With some updates to the app resources, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

while I know nothing can quite compare to the DEXA gold standard...something like this is getting closer than so many other scales I have previously had. And the key of course is whatever the numbers are you are able to track the trendline. Only 2 weeks in with it but so far quite pleased!
