Ordered a replacement for a lost earbud, and when I received the first item, i noticed the volume was very low, almost silent. (I understood the risks of ordering refurbished). Requested a replacement for the replacement and it was promptly shipped out as soon as the post office received my Return. Both items came with easy instructions for syncing and pairing. Overall, great experience.

Everything came as advertised, but I was surprised when the replacement earbud wasnt fully cleaned out and had a little bit of wax still in it. Despite having to clean it out, I would still buy because of how good the cost and service was!
