Receiving vacuum bags and filters was reasonably timely. I purchased a Sebo air belt E vac a few years ago from Mr. Sweeper. Excellent service .. I think this is the only canister vacuum that out competes uprights. Most canisters can’t vacuum as well as an upright, but this can. It is a good vac with great suction,, and hepa also. And so quiet, that I can vacuum anytime without disturbing my apt neighbors. Quiet compared to other vacuums I had. I would only say, I wish the bags and filters weren’t so expensive.I compensate with a really good carpet sweeper I bought on eBay which works well to pick up debris in between vacuuming. Thanks, love the vac, and bags are good- will last a year, so ok..
