Cute but cuts into waist

I paired the cloud mini rib color with the matching Amalfi top and plan to wear it to my bachelorette trip. I love the color for the bridal vibe!! The fit of the bottoms are great and don't move when walking, but they cut into my waist and it looks unflattering...I'll just have to wear a sarong over them. I bought a size Large- my hips are 40" and waist 29" for context.

I was so disappointed in this item. Originally ordered it in M (which is what I wear in all there bottoms) and it was so tight. I bought it on sale and unfortunately couldn’t return or exchange per their policy. So I took the L and ordered it in a size L only for it to still be tight. So disappointed!

Ordered these and they sent me the wrong ones- was so excited to have them for my bachelorette because we were going to the lake and showed up 10 minutes before I was going to leave. Ended up being too small and tight since they were the wrong pair
