MaxAir did an excellent job from customer service (answering questions about using the product) to getting it to the shipper on time. The only downfall was UPS. For some reason my package arrived in Ohio 3 times? twice sent back to Illinois and then to Texas before delivery. Apparently they enjoyed the package so much they didn't want to part with it?
